Thank you for shopping with Jspice LLC! All purchases made through our online store or in person are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please carefully review product descriptions, photos, measurements, colors, options, and personalization details before completing your purchase.

Although all sales are final, we want you to receive the correct products in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the contact information provided on our Shopify store within 3 calendar days of delivery so we can review and assist with your order. We are not responsible for shipping fees or shipping-related charges. All shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for promotion codes, discount codes, coupon codes, or promotional offers that are not properly applied at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering and verifying any applicable promotion or coupon code before completing their purchase. Promotion codes and coupons cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

We not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed, or undelivered parcels once the order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier. Once a parcel has been accepted by the shipping carrier, the customer assumes responsibility for tracking and delivery of the shipment. If tracking information indicates that a parcel is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation. Customers are encouraged to use a secure delivery location and monitor their tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: We is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped. Any additional shipping or reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
